Oh to be a baby...

So, Bryce and I were in Hallmark today. I was looking for a card for my Dad's birthday coming up next week. I knew I wouldn't be long, so I just carried him in instead of taking his stroller. You will see in a minute why I wish I would have taken his stroller. So, we are walking around the store. Hallmark was packed today. I guess everyone came to experience our funny moment! So, I am listening to those new music cards when I feel Bryce squeezing onto my arm kind of tightly. At first, I thought he was scared of the little halloween trees that were making noises. Then, I look over at him and his face is BRIGHT red. I immediately knew that he was going to the bathroom. Believe me, I know that face! He is not quiet when he goes to the bathroom. Everyone was watching and laughing. It was pretty hysterical!! Oh to be a baby, and have no clue that it even matters. So, there you funny Bryce story of the day!

Let's be honest...

So, I have been inspired by someone to get all of my feelings and emotions out of my head. I am not sure how well I will keep up with this, but I am going to try.

I guess I will tell you a little about what is going on in my life. I have a wonderful Savior! I am still not sure how He saved me, but He did. He is so merciful! I am learning more and more everyday about Him. I fall short everyday, but He still takes me in his arms. I am married to a wonderful man, Chris. Our relationship has grown so much in the last 2 years. We got married July 2, 2005. Shortly after we got married - SURPRISE - we were having a baby. I was shocked! We were not planning on having children for a while. It has been one of the best things that God has done for us! My love for our son, Bryce, is endless and grows everyday.

I stay at home with our son while Chris is finishing up his last year of medical school. I am so amazed at how the time has flown by. God has tremendously blessed us over the last three years while living in Johnson City, TN. We have a great church and an amazing community group. I have learned so much from them. We will be leaving May of 2008 for Chris's residency. I am praying hard that God provides a church for us that will continue to bless our lives and help us to grow in Christ.

I think writing this blog is going to be a challenge for me. It is going to be a challenge to stick to the truth and tell my real thoughts and feelings. I may get really personal, but it may help some of you to understand me better.

I will write more later...hopefully.
